Bookmarking becomes difficulter as the number of stored bookmarks & number of
categories (folders) grows.
Would be fine to have a category, which is similar to History, but it contains
the most used (or last used) categories listed.
This special category (folder) may be placed into Personal Toolbar Folder, so
the user could immediately access the last used or most used categories.
"Most used folders" should have a switch, where user could change whether wants
to see last used or most used categories.
The categories listed in "Most used folders", should be expandable the same way
as in their original place.
Basically the "Most used folders" is a special folder, where any folder can be
linked without the need to move any folder physically to "Most used folders" folder.
I believe, that this feature would be VERY popular, since it makes really easy
to make bookmarks into the most used folders.
Best regards,
Webmaster33

No. I checked it, and it's about bookmark promoting or demoting depending on how
often you access them. So it's generally about bookmark items.
What I suggest is completely different thing.
I suggest a bookmark folder list, which is sorted in "most used" or "last used"
order.
My suggestion would also _make the Bookmarking_ itself easier, since the most
accessed or last used FOLDERS(!) would be showed in a special folder, named
"Most used folders".

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01".
This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.
If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
Thank you for your help in this matter.

IIUC, the Firefox (trunk) bookmarks are being reorganized, with a change of backend and, among others, a "tags" feature. I suppose these will someday be ported to Sm but I don't know when.
I believe the following Firefox bugs are related:
bug 393529
bug 387996
bug 393510
bug 393511
bug 393512
bug 393513
bug 393514

As this is filed in the SeaMonkey realm, 1) I think this is extension fodder and nothing to be implemented in default UI, and 2) this will/would be much easier to do when we move to the places bookmarks backend.
Move to Places was happen, but this still looks like extension fodder, any other opinions?
