First time (correctly) after the page has changed and the revisiting time has come. Second time (falsely) at the next time the bookmark is checked for updates. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Store a page in the bookmarks and activate the update-notification, sound-notify is enough, revisiting time 1 minute 2. change the webpage 3. you will hear the bell, first after approx 1 minute, and then after another minute Expected Results: just one notify please
