"nszip seamonkey32e.exe config.ini" is not including the config.ini in win98. It is working if I use the setup.exe and then modify the config.ini but not with the nszip command on seamonkey32e.exe - either thru a program or from a command line.

This was never working under Win98. nszip.exe contains calls to functions only supported under NT. Is this a requirement? If it is, it'll be a post beta fix (unless otherwise indicated).

It is a requirement since CCK uses the installer on Win NT.98 and 95 and the surprisingly it had been working on win 98 for quite some time.
