As there areno "Add Bcc:" button in the contacts frame in the new message, it
takes lots of time to change each adresse from "To" (or "Cc") to "Bcc" (Blind
Carbon Copy) when sending to lots of e-mail and Bcc are made mostly to be send
e-mails to lots of people...

This is a real problem as, it don't incite people to use Bcc and, there are case
where Bcc are realy useful (see the netiquette).

You just have to add a button "Add Bcc:" beside the "Add To:" and "Add Cc:"
button (note that I use the french version of thunderbird, so that I'm not
complitely sure of the button's name, but it looks like what I wrote) and thus,
it will be easy to send a mail in Bcc to lots of people.

This is realy important, too much people don't know what Bcc are and thus don't
respect the privicity of an e-mail adress. If Bcc are not easely accessible,
this bad way to use e-mail will continue endlessly to pollute the web.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Thunderbird
2. Click on the button to send a new e-mail (I don't know how it is called in
english, in french, it is "Écrire" that means "Write").
3. Click on the Contacts button, there we are, at the bottom of the contact
frame (it seams like a frame), there are two button "Ajout Pour:" and "Ajout
Cc:" (in french, in can be translate so: "Add To:" and "Add Cc") but no "Ajout
Cci" ("Add Bcc" in english).

Actual Results:  
As there are no button to send a Bcc, after selecting the mail adresses I want
to send a mail I have to clic on the "Ajout Pour:" or "Ajout Cc:" button and
then, change each adress from "Pour" ("To") or "Cc" to "Bcc" (by the way,
there's no translation of Bcc, as, it french, it is Cci for Copie Carbone
Invisible). It takes lots of times and dont encourage to use this mervelous
possibility that is the Bcc.

Expected Results:  
If there where a "Ajout Cci:"* ("Add Bcc" in english) button, after selecting
the mail adresses I want to send a mail, it would be realy easy to use the Bcc
and so to respect the netiquette and so to respect people.

*: Note that elsewhere, in the french version, Bcc are called Bcc instead of
"Cci" that is the french translation of Bcc.
