Thunderbird has same problems described in Bug 203570 Comment #19 in
message/rfc822 attachment display and .EML file display.

(1) Whole mail is used in attachment display. (This bug)
    Message body display uses message/rfc822 attachment data properly.

(2-A) message/rfc822 attachment is displayed in format of
      - "Message body as HTML"(I can not say which of Original or Simple)
      - "Display Attachments Inline"
      Possibly covered by Bug 204350.
(2-B) These View menu options are killed.
      - Options can be changed but display format will not be changed.
      Probably same problem as Bug 204350.
     "Attached email message window glitches(forward,reply,view source disabled)"

(3) If attached message/rfc822 is HTML mail,
    included images(multipart/related part) is not displayed.
    Some Maillnews bugs are found for this type of message/rfc822 & HTML 
    attachments but I can not say which is the bug for this problem. 

Difference between message/rfc822 attachment dispay and .EML display is ;
 - message/rfc822 : Attachments are displayed in "Attachment Box" 
                    Nested message/rfc822 attachments can be opened.
 - .EML           : Attachments are displayed in Body(but not inline display)
                    Nested message/rfc822 attachments can NOT be opened.

Note : Following 2 bugs are already FIXED on 20040421 build.
>Bug 217149 Thunderbird can't open .eml files or handle message/rfc822 MIME-type
>Bug 240942 .EML files (message/rfc822) are shown as source code/plain text in
browser window (At least 20040419 build had this bug)

This mail folder file contains following 3 mails.
(MAIL-1) Original HTML mail
	 (1) HTML body with imbeded JPEG(<IMG>) 
	 (2) Attachment of JPEG file
(MAIL-2) Forward of MAIL-1
	 (1) HTML body with imbeded JPEG(<IMG>) 
	 (2) message/rfc822 attachment of MAIL-1
	 (3) Attachment of JPEG file
(MAIL-3) Forward of MAIL-2
	 (1) HTML body with imbeded JPEG(<IMG>) 
	 (2) message/rfc822 attachment of MAIL-2
	 (3) Attachment of JPEG file
