Steps:
1. Run a Javascript page that does a link.focus()
2. Switch to another app via Alt+tab
3. Switch back via Alt+tab
What happens:
Keyboard dead, won't accept keystrokes (beeps after each key)

Testcase (must save to local drive to repro bug)
Strange, I'm only experiencing this bug when the file is loaded from a local
directory.

Works in 1.7 RC1
This problem had nothing to do with focus().
It would happen any time I switched back and forth with Alt+Tab.
