This is a tracking bug for the features we need to fully and correctly support
an Extension Manager install of calendar, full with uninstall and update ability.

The only question I will pose on this Bug is, do we want to do our own
update-manifest and URL, or shall we wait to see how UMO (Update[s].mozilla.org)
turns out first?
