When trying to import IE favorites to FF, those that with Chinese characters
does not import, while others works O.K.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a favorites with Chinese characters in IE, eg. http://www.sohu.com.
2. Fire up FF and do File | Import & choose MS IE, then next and select import
favorites only.
3. Check the results & those with Chinese characters are not imported, others
that are not is O.K.


Actual Results:  
FF does not import IE favorites with Chinese characters in them.


Expected Results:  
FF should import IE favorites with Chinese characters in them.

I have the same problem with Japanese. IE favorites with Japanese characters
such as http://www.alc.co.jp/ are not imported.

I can import the data of Chinese name IE favorites, but not Chinese URL IE 
favorites.
