When you turn 'load remote images' off under 'options' it would be great to have
a button on the individual email form to load images that the user knows are safe.
Otherwise if you get an email from a safe source that contains remote images,
the only way to see them is to turn the option on for all email.
This would be like the squirrel mail which has "View Unsafe Images" at the
bottom of the email your reading.
