Both progress bar and status text do not return to normal indefinitely when an
image is loaded via JavaScript.
This gives the impression that the page keeps loading data or that something is
broken otherwise.
Please refer to the attached testcase.

This worked for a long time, but it's broken (not sure when).
http://www.m-iad.com/index.html also exhibits this problem
Bug 246052 is also about statusbar text not returning to normal when using
Javascript.

I'm seeing this on an extremely simple page:
http://www.mathcs.bethel.edu/~bshults/
There is a single image loaded. The progress bar
becomes blue only after a mouseover event then
it stays blue.
