We're currently running mailman 2.0.x with backported security fixes. There are a lot of new features on mailman 2.1.x which would be useful to us. We should upgrade. (Myk and I have discussed this on and off for months, but there's never been a bug put in the system for it, so here it is :) New stuff in 2.1 that we want: 1. attachment filters 2. through-the-web list creation 3. regexp-based topic filters 4. support for moderation of news posts 5. users have a "global" account, so they can change their password for all lists instead of having to do it for each list 6. archives have proper MIME and i18n support
Reassigning to default owner/qa on endico's open bugs so I don't have to watch her to get mail on them.
Since you are already working on it... reassigning.
Done. https://lists.mozilla.org/ Not all the lists have migrated yet, they'll be moving over the next couple weeks.
OK, reopening because we're not going to use lists.mozilla.org for lists that aren't gatewayed to newsgroups. The older mail lists that are remaining on @mozilla.org still need to be upgraded. This will happen as a side effect of migrating the services on rheet to a RHEL 4 box (which should happen at some point in the near future - Justin's ordering hardware for it).
(reassign to default)
This was done a long time ago.
The bug you duped this to was for notorious, this one was for rheet.
which got moved to dm-mailman01 and upgraded there.
