In the file welcome.xhtml there are two images that point to local files 
In "Retracing your steps" section
images/buttons.png 
images/print.png

In the file popup.xhtml there's a reference to this image
chrome://browser/skin/Popup-blocked.png
but I can't see this image when I open this file in Firefox 0.9.2.

The last question is: why there is still a file called "using_FIREBIRD.xhtml" in
the FIREFOX help? Is not time to update this reference?

We could, but it's not worth it, because then you have to update the CVS logs.
