If I remember correctly, a "Sender:" header usually means "On behalf of". I'm
not quite sure, so please check the RFCs (I don't know where to search exactly).
If this is the case, Sender: should be shown as "On behalf of".
Example:
From: secretary@company.tld
Sender: boss@companty.tld
The sender should be seen as "From: secretary@company.tld [On behalf of
boss@company.tld]". AFAIR, Outlook does something like that.
Reproducible: Always

From <http://ftp.rfc-editor.org/in-notes/rfc2822.txt>, para 3.6.2 :
The "Sender:" field specifies the
mailbox of the agent responsible for the actual transmission of the
message. For example, if a secretary were to send a message for
another person, the mailbox of the secretary would appear in the
"Sender:" field and the mailbox of the actual author would appear in
the "From:" field. If the originator of the message can be indicated
by a single mailbox and the author and transmitter are identical, the
"Sender:" field SHOULD NOT be used. Otherwise, both fields SHOULD
appear.
So it's actually the opposite. Your example should be:
From: boss@companty.tld
Sender: secretary@company.tld
But the header could indeed be shown as "From: secretary@company.tld [On behalf
of boss@company.tld]". But I don't know if everyone would agree, because the
'from' header is more important. On mailinglists, 'sender' can be the address of
'owner' of the list. See dicussion in bug 40934, although it's about another issue.
