I have a email with 300+ to and cc people, when I expand the list the emails go
off the bottom of the page and I can not scroll through them or down to the
email message to me.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make email with a whole lot of people
2. click the + to expand
3. can not read all the addresses
Actual Results:
I could not see many of the emials.
Expected Results:
There should be a scroll bar along side of the header when expanded past a
certin point.

Sure was, I thought I checked the list pretty good to find a dupe of this one.

I do assume that the 'dups' are all caused from the same libraries. Because
those are MozillaMail and this is regarding Thunderbird. If it is program
specific, for patches, it may be a different bug.

It seems so most of the latest dupes are TB bugs.
