The print preview can miscalculate pages, and also in the toolbar.  For example,
when previewing http://www.egyptair.com.eg/docs/publicity/story_2_april2001.htm
, the preview function shows a total of 7 pages among the toolbar, formatting,
and the header/footer, but only prints on 6 standard A4 pages (and the
header/footer correctly identifies it as "Page x of 6".  Other times, sites such
as http://www.touregypt.net/featurestories/abusimbel.htm will show only "1 of 1"
in the toolbar, but the preview shows 3 pages, and the header in the preview
shows "Page x of 3".  (I haven't tried to print the latter.)

http://www.egyptair.com.eg times out.
http://www.touregypt.net preview and prints three pages. The sad thing is it
does not print the entire page.  The problem is the tables has align left which
causes mozilla to float the table.  This problem would be bug 45788.
