Unable to focus on buttons and "Get More Themes" link without a mouse - the
buttons aren't an issue as keyboard shortcuts exist.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Options -> Themes
2. Use tab to navigate dialog
3.
Actual Results:
Unable to gain focus of "get more themes" link
Expected Results:
Gain focus
Perhaps this link should have an access key or become a button.

The whole EM manager has access issues, see bug 251098, bug 251099, bug 251101,
and bug 251102. Since you're specifically talking about "Get More..."
