In the tree view, a folder with children can be collapsed.  If the children have
unread messages, the parent is 'bolded' when collapsed.

If a child folder is dragged out, leaving no unread messages in all children of
the parent folder, the parent is still 'bolded' when collapsed.  

This also works in reverse, i.e. when dragging a folder with unread messages
into a tree with no unread messages, then collapsing, the 'bold' does not display.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
0. ensure 'automatically mark as read when previewed' setting is not 0 seconds.
1. create parent folder
2. create 2nd level child folder
2. create 3rd level child folder
3. drag message into 3rd level child folder
4. mark message as unread
5. collapse 2nd level then parent - observe each one is bolded to show unread
messages in children
6. drag out 3rd child folder and put it somewhere else
7. collapse and uncollapse original parent and 2nd level child folders - observe
still bold.




Actual Results:  
7. collapse and uncollapse original parent and 2nd level child folders - observe
still bold.

Expected Results:  
7. parent folders should examine the remaining children and (in this case)
realise there are no remaining child folders with unread messages, hence no bold.
