In the media pane:
1/ background images cannot be "Saved as"
2/ background images are not previewed
3/ icons are not previewed

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. browse a web page with references to icons, images and background images
2. Open the Tools / Page Info / Medi pane
3. browse the different media items

Actual Results:  
1/ images can be previewed and saved
2/ icons cannot be previewed
3/ backgrounds cannot be previewed and saved


Expected Results:  
We should be able to preview icons and background images and save them

1 "background images cannot be "Saved as"" is a duplicate of bug 178469

2 and 3: "background images are not previewed" and "icons are not previewed" are
duplicates of bug 229441 which is now fixed.
