No notification when local file doesn't exist.

Details
When you tri to access a file on your local harddisk that doesnt exist, Mozilla
just prints:
read path\foo.html
at the statusline, and then makes nothing.

Bug 19073 is also a bug about not recieving alerts for missing local pages.
Setting as duplicate.
