When I migrated a Seamonkey newsgroup account, it correctly migrated the
subscribed groups and the read/unread state of messages but it didn't migrate
the downloaded message headers but rather prompted me with the "download all or
download 500 headers?" dialog. 

I've tested this on today's branch Mac build migrating from Mozilla 1.7.3.

This is minor and maybe not even worth fixing. It's also possible this is a dupe
of a Seamonkey bug.

I've just put a patch that will fix this onto bug 268034, so adding dependency. Its also not mac specific.
