Newsgroup message label is not migrated from Mozilla 1.7.13.

To recreate:
1. In Mozilla 1.7.13 Newsgroup Reader: subscribe to a newsgroup and fetch some messages.
2. Label a few messages with labels like "Important" or "To Do"
3. Intall Thunderbird and go through the Migration Wizard process

Expected: Newsgroup message labels should display green for "Personal" or red for "Important"

Actual: Message thread is collapsed and messages are not labeled (with color or anything)
I wonder if the mail summary files (.msf) are not getting migrated for news accounts...
quite possible - labels and watched/ignored status would be the main reasons for actually migrating the .msf files instead of just the .rc files - the headers would get redownloaded. Were they redownloaded after migration?
