I created a list that contains numerous other addresses. When I delete an entry,
it doesn't get removed from the list. I have to close the address book and open
it again, the deleted entry is now gone. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a list and add members
2. delete an item.
3. 

Actual Results:  
delete doesn't show any deletion in the GUI.

Expected Results:  
GUI should delete the item immediately.
Same thing for Mozilla 1.7 AB. If the assumption that TB and Moz share the AB
code for this is not correct, please reopen.
