The behavior for the Junk button differs from that of all the other buttons on the toolbar. If I click on the Junk button but then want to abort (i.e., move the cursor off of the button before unclicking), Thunderbird still thinks I clicked on the Junk button. All the other buttons only fire if you unclick while on the same button you clicked on. This is problematic because a trigger-happy user may click on the Junk button while still reading the message but before he unclicks realizes the message is not junk and cannot abort the action of flagging the message as junk.
Same with TB 1.0 on Solaris/CDE.
