279779 - Form contents do not print in Mozilla 1.7.5

The contents of form controls on webpages (e.g. the URL mentioned) are not
printed in Mozilla 1.7.5 while they are printed as expected with Mozilla 1.7.3
and Firefox 1.0. This is true both in the OS/2 version and on Linux and observed
by several users. There is a bug about this behaviour for Camino (bug 177953)
but none for the Suite AFAICS.

To reproduce:
- Go to the page in the URL
- fill out some of the form
- Call the print dialog with Ctrl-P
- Print (to file)
- The printout does not contain anything inside the form

This was a regression, it is fixed on trunk but still not fixed on the 1.7
branch (so < 1.7.5 works but not 1.7.5 and current 1.7.6 builds).
