we need this so that if the user has "start browser with last page visited" set in there prefs, it will go to the last page visited, and not http://people.netscape.com/waterson. the current plan of attach: get the page from the history db with the most recent "last visited date"

On all builds for today, even if the "last page visited" radio button is selected, and the browser is restarted, the "about:blank" paeg loads and not the actual last visited page.
