spun off from bug 273356 comment 25: no prompts appear for return receipts with
IMAP.

Peter, could you please provide detail steps to reproduce this? how were your
sending and receiving account(s) setup for handling return receipts? thanks.
I think it's https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=289091 with a step by
step procedure.
So you can close this issue as duplicate.
