29877 - Google search submit button jumps to right when pressed

Go to www.google.com, enter a search (the URL submitted should bring you to a
search result page).  At the search results page click the "Goolge Search" or
"I'm Feeling Lucky" buttons. The search box and buttons jumps to the right about
an inch.

This is with the latest nightly build, ID 2000030108

Chris, this is probably a DUP of some existing incremental reflow bugs.

What seems to be happening is that moving over the button (or pressing it) 
causes an incremental reflow and then the table reflows differently

I don't think this is a duplicate of 25053, although it may well be a duplicate 
of several other bugs currently in the system (28212, 30047, etc.)

The test case I attached clearly shows the problem when you click on the button 
in the table.  If you remove the combobox, the problem goes away.  I don't see 
anything the button or combobox are doing to cause the problem, however.
