I'm sorry, the build identifier was not clear.
I'm using branch version 1.0.5 (20050702).
regression from the checkin of bug 296764.

My 'personal' fix of storing 'platformHTMLBindings.xml' in 'mail.jar' fixes both
bug 299473 and bug 299478.
