If you "Open saved message" (.eml), you can't change "View->Message Headers" or
"View->Message body as".  Nothing happens when you change these settings.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Save an email that's HTML as a .eml file with "File->Save as->File".
2.  Open the file with "File->Open saved message"
3.

Actual Results:  
Changes to "View->Message Headers" or "View->Message body as" have no effect
on display of message.

Expected Results:  
"View->Message Headers" or "View->Message body as" should work as the normally
do.

NOT (no longer?) reproducible with Server-Installation of  unofficial (by FRG) en-US SeaMonkey 2.50a1 (NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:53.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/53.0 Build 20161219235428  (Default Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit:

1. Download Attachment 660859 [details] for Bug 790993
2. Launch SeaMonkey Email client
3. Menu 'File → Open File  → "Bug Example - formatting reveal.eml"
   » Message opens in separate Window
4. Toggle 'View → Headers'
   » As expected view changes, 2 lines in header disappear / reappear
5. Try all 3 possibilites for 'View → Message body as'
   » view changes as expected

Steps also work fine with TB Daily 53.0a1 (2016-12-23) (64-bit)
no objection, so WFM for now.
