Feature request: Drag and drop file to TB should automatically open a new
message windows and add the file as attachment (Like in Eudora).

Now, if we try to drag and drop to TB, nothing is done. To be able to drag and
drop file as attachment, we need first to open a "new message" window and then
drag and drop.
With Eudora, it is easier: Take the file, drag it to Eudora and it automatically
open a new message window with the attachment.

I'm not agree with you ...
I've seen the bug 113435 before ...
But bug 113435 refers to a drag and drop in a "new mail compose" window ...
This one refers to the mail window of thunderbird, when "new mail compose"
window is not there.

With Eudora i could drag and drop directly to eudora and not only in a new
message window. I agree that bug 113435 is annoying, but this one refers to an
other enhancement.

The subject says: "like in Eudora", but this feature is also available in Outlook and Outlook Express.
you're right ... it's true ... Outlook express has the same behaviour
