313488 - QA, URL, Summary, Status, Keywords and Flags are too far over to the right

The adjusted table layout puts the flags under the CC box and stretches the QA table which because it is right-aligned also moves the labels to the right. This makes bugzilla harder to use at 800x600 resolution.

I find that adding colspan="2" to both the flags table's parent cell and the Hardware etc. table's parent cell appears to restore the previous layout.

Removing the |font-size: small| rule from the body/th/td/input rule near the top of <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/skins/standard/global.css> also fixes this problem; I suspect that change is what caused the problem.

I mocked this one up using DOM Inspector to split the table into two,
as I preferred the effect that it gave on this particular bug.

Your "desired display" screenshot does indeed look better.  Is that the case for bugs in general as well?  If so, let's switch to it.

I don't plan to work on these at this point because the broader focus is now on trying to upgrade to Bugzilla 2.22, and it'll all have to be redone anyway to fit the 2.22 templates.  But if someone else wants to show me what to patch on any of these I'll be happy to patch the current install between now and then.
