I recently installed WindowBlinds 4.5, and with certain skins loaded, when I open Fx, and often while browsing, the client area starts "bouncing" up and down.

The current skin is Alienware's DarkStar.  And as a note, when I open a new blank tab, then close it, it sometimes stops the bouncing, but is usually temporary.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load Windowblinds and AlienGUI DarkStar skin
2. Load Fx
3.

Actual Results:  
Client area bounced up and down.

Expected Results:  
No bouncing.

This bug occurs with several skins, not just the DarkStar skin.

There are some skins that does not trigger the bug.
