On windows XP service pack 2 firefox-1.0.6 can't open file name in Thai
but on linux Ubuntu it works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select File -> Open File
2.select file name in Thai
3.click Open 


Actual Results:  
have error message see picture attached


Expected Results:  
the file name in Thai should be opened

Related to/duplicate of Firefox bug 263570 or Core bug 311387?
Please try if that is still the problem with FF 1.5 (rc1). If not, then it is a dupe of bug 263570. Please resolve it then.

I opened Thai file name by double click,drag and drop and file>open but not work.
I test on Firefox version1.5 RC1.

I test with Ubuntu 7.04 it work. I will test with Windows XP too.
