When you download a file and download manager is the only opened window, you loose the download after closing the download manager window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a file
2. Close all windows of SeaMonkey while download is still active

Actual Results:
SeaMonkey closed, download was lost

Expected Results:
There should be a warning, that you're still downloading something

I lost a 300 MB download, cause I accidentally closed the download manager while no other windows were opened. Since there's no possibility to resume a download that's a serious issue for me.
