I have a bunch of message filters for various mailing lists, etc., moving mail to those lists into mailboxes for those lists.  Those lists are getting flooded with **** from the Sober worm.  When I download new mail, those messages are moved to the mailboxes in question, which are marked in blue to indicate that they have new messages; when I click on the mailbox, the messages are then classified as junk and moved to the Junk mailbox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download new mail.
2. Check out a mailbox that's claimed to have new mail.


Actual Results:  
There's sometimes no new mail in the mailbox, and there's new mail in the Junk mailbox that wasn't there before I clicked on the other mailbox.

Expected Results:  
I expected to see all that mail in the Junk mailbox while I was still in my Inbox, and expected to see new mail when I click on the other mailbox.
