When multiple history entries are selected, the only action
I can do with them is to delete them, but I can't open a
context menu in order to open multiple history links, add
them to the bookmarks, or copy the links to the clipboard,
which I might just happen to want to do.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the History panel
2. Select more than one history entry
3. Attempt to access the context menu

Actual Results:  
Nothing at all happens.

Expected Results:  
Open the context menu.

I can see a certain problem in allowing the user to open
multiple links, and the need to copy multiple history links
or add them to the bookmarks does somehow not seem very
widespread, but this is still an inscrutable inconsistency.

The context menu that I would expect to appear could omit
the "Open" entry and show the "Open in new tab" as the
default action on top, or both entries could be present as
normal, but behave identically, i. e. open all the links in
separate tabs (as can be done with the bookmarks).

Possibly one might first display a warning to the user on an
attempt to open multiple links, whether in separate tabs or
windows.

The "Copy link" action would copy all the selected URLs to
the clipboard, separated by newline (in the order as
displayed in the panel), and the "Add bookmark" would simply
create a bunch of new bookmarks.  "Delete", of course, would
delete the entries, as is already possible otherwise.
