Icons in header do not indicate when they are being used for sorting


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on cell column for "Sender"
2. Click on read staus column header "Click to sort by read" 
Actual Results:  
After 1. scanning the header row showed easily which column was being sorted.
After 2. there is no indicator of any row being used for sorting.

Mouseover text does not change depending on status of column sort.

Expected Results:  
At a minimum, use togglable header cell appearance or icon variant to indicate a currently active sort.
The mouseover could also indicate an active sort.
