The default size of the download progress view window is too small. The default toolbar contains more items than fit, so the "Show" button is not displayed and continuation chevrons appear. The .nib should be fixed. While we're at it, let's edit toolbarAllowedItemIdentifiers and toolbarDefaultItemIdentifiers to make the lists match. cleanupbutton and removebutton should be swapped in the former's array. This is easy 1.0 polish.

Is this with fresh prefs? I thought this was fixed in bug 308094 for anyone who hadn't resized their downloads window.

And like this. The patch makes the allowed-item list match the order in the default set, to eliminate the visually jarring difference between the two in the toolbar customization sheet.
