a window prompts about unsent messages everytime TB is started, even if "don't ask about unsent messages" is selected in the offline paramaters;

that feature only works if I go offline and then online again in the same session, but not if I close TB and opens it again later

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. write a message
2. send it later
3. close TB
4. open TB


Actual Results:  
a window prompts asking "do you want to send unsent messages once online ?"

Expected Results:  
this window should not prompt if "don't ask about unsent messages when going online" is selected in the offline paramaters
