Alarm 15/30 minutes after start changed to 15/30 minutes before start when editing.
1) Create event with custom alarm 15 minutes after start. Press Ok.
--> Console shows "offset:PT15M", Ok
2) Open event for editing. Check alarm settings.
--> Error, predefined entry "15 minutes before" is displayed
3) Press Ok.
--> Console now shows "offset:-PT15M"
Same for alarm set to 30 minutes after start.

This patch makes the event dialog also check the alarm's relation before determining whether the alarm is one of the pre-filled options or not.
