Renumbering initial preview release in accordance with Mozilla history, and for better compatibility with Sunbird numbering.

Unfortunately, I do not have cycles to work on Calendar stuff these days (just as it's getting to the good part!), so I am a bad owner for these bugs. To delete the tragically-large chunk of bugspam, search for gregorianabdication.

Since the goal of Lightning 0.1 is basically to release a working calendar in Thunderbird with most of the dataloss issues of Sunbird 0.3a1 fixed, I think that the following bugs shouldn't block this release, since we're certainly overdue with our first release: - Bug 312736 Cannot move an Event or Item in month view using drag & drop - Bug 315307 remote calendar location cannot be edited in edit calendar/ calendarProperties - Bug 315962 icons for lightning toolbar icons should be packaged - Bug 315960 profile view-switching code - Bug 315959 profile ICS calendar reading - Bug 316789 todo panel needs to support multiple, sortable columns - Bug 320162 serial event drag in WebDAV calendar creates spurious drag-box - Bug 320175 can't delete event from keyboard in new month view Some of these bugs already have patches attached to them, so if the cycles for code review can be found, they might stay on this list.

To that end... > - Bug 312736 Cannot move an Event or Item in month view using drag & drop No longer blocks. > - Bug 315307 remote calendar location cannot be edited in edit calendar/ > calendarProperties This I'm leaving on the list, because I think is likely to be extremely frustrating to people who make a typo or mistake when getting started, and I'd prefer not to turn them off so quickly. > - Bug 315962 icons for lightning toolbar icons should be packaged No longer blocks. > - Bug 315960 profile view-switching code > - Bug 315959 profile ICS calendar reading Release builds were better than I realized; these no longer block. > - Bug 316789 todo panel needs to support multiple, sortable columns This I still want because I find the existing to-do list essentially unusable. > - Bug 320162 serial event drag in WebDAV calendar creates spurious drag-box No longer blocks. > - Bug 320175 can't delete event from keyboard in new month view This is the only way to delete an event in the month view (there's not yet any wiring to the edit menu or toolbar), so I'm going to leave this for now.

Adding some alarm blockers. They all have patches on them and are ETA=tomorrow, so this shouldn't delay the release.
