On my laptop with a touchpad, it is very easy to mistakenly mark a folder, drag it and then drop it on a arbitrary place.
Since I very seldom want to reorganize the folder structure it would be nice if I could disable drag-and-drop of folder, or maybe have a confirmation dialog.

It is similar to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=71787 but it is definitely not only a Mac-problem. I use WinXP.
