New patch, since SeaMonkey's dtd moved out from under you.

r=philringnalda for the "it makes it harder for translation tools to say where it goes, or even for text editor users to figure out where to check it" argument, but, what language has a different word for selecting newsgroups than the word for selecting IMAP folders?

Any language for which the word 'Select' changes depending on the word 'newsgroup' or 'folder'.  For some this will appear in issues where the two nouns have different gender.  In Bantu languages they can be in different noun classes and thus the prefix for 'Select' will change.

Unfortunately we can't second guess which languages are affected.  Rather be a little redundant here and not affect any language then to have to change it later when we find a language that has a problem.
