I'm trying to convert people from scrappy mailers (no names here) to Thunderbird, but this is **** my side, I always have to help them to turn off unwanted features. From the factory this hated-by-many "format=flowed" is ON. First of all: it should be off. Secondly: There should be an entry in the preferenced window to toggle it ON or OFF.

Can you imagine how difficult it is to tell people to take a text editor ("Huh? What is a text editor? Microsoft Word?") and create a file named "user.js" and write in there some cryptic stuff and put it in the profile ("Profile? Huh?") to turn off this unwanted feature? Or to tell them to go to Advanced Settings, look for some cryptic line and toggle it from "true" to "false"?

Major issues should be in the preferences window to click them ON or OFF. And really annoying things like this wanted-by-virtually-nobody "format=flowed" should be off in the factory settings. Thanks.

P.S. I know you are working hard to improve Thunderbird, but please don't expect your expertise in ordinary John and Jane Doe users. They just want to write mails. They don't want to study thunderbirdology. :-)

Reproducible: Always
