335410 - Make approval log display by month

The current approval log is basically unusable because of scale (and the use of numeric IDs, but that's perhaps a different bug).

Can we just show the current month's entries, and add "previous/next month" links to navigate the larger dataset?

Just looking for a quick way to make it usable without sinking too much into the dead-man-walking admin code.

I believe morgamic is looking at re-writing all the dev stuff one script at a time.. so we could be looking at a magical fantastical searchable queryable sortable log :P

Display by month would be awesome just for now though, heh.

Yeah, I too long for the promised land, but I proposed this as an interim step (as per the past part of my original comment).

Can you take a look at alternating row colors?  If not, no big deal, but that little bit would help.  Otherwise looks good and is much better than looking at N.  W00t.
