xref bug 259522. This bug requests a simple way to avoid the issues there. David said that bug is a front-end issue, but it's filed under the suite; this is for TB. These two menu items still cause stability problems in TB for a message/rfc822 (forwarded message) in a standalone message window. For a .EML, "Move" is already disabled, and "Copy" doesn't cause a problem -- but it doesn't do anything, either. As Copy is a likely thing to try when the user wants to integrate the file or attachment into the mail folders, fixing this would make it clear that there's a problem.
