Build Identifier: N/A

I installed the Thunderbird email program, but it will not download mail from Hotmail.com, where most of my online email folders are located. It also will not email any letters. It keeps going to default host (Whatever that is) and I can not not email anyone using the program. In addition, all my email that was spam filtered is being routed to Thunderbird instead of Outlook Express. Since, I can not reply to any emails with Thunderbird, I decided to uninstall it and it will not uninstall.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.N/A
2.N/A
3.N/A

Actual Results:
The Thunderbird mail program will not uninstall using the uninstall/install utility in WindowsME Control Panel.

Expected Results:
N/A

The software should uninstall.
Seems the same as bug 335458 (also winME). Provide more data there, there is also some info on how to maybe fix the problem.

If you want to get the other thunderbird problems working, there are good user support forums at http://forums.mozillazine.org/
