I see this on today's linux commercial build for today. 2000033009
1. Install and launch the browser
2. Type a url in the locationbox,say, www.netscape.com
3. Observe that the progress bar at the bottom of the window goes out of the
boundary and sometimes it even overlaps the text tht sats "Transferring..."

I have seen this for some time in linux. Much flikker around
progressbar if you disable doublebuffering.
This is shown very well in:
resource:///res/samples/widgets.xul
(if it doesn't show right away, try resizeing window)
A sure way to reproduce this is right-click over a link and select "open link in
a new window". Another way is click on a link - cover mozilla with another app -
then raise moz to top while loading is still active. The bleed now "refreshes".
Unanimated but there.
