340913 - RSS: phantom entry

There is apper phantom entry in RSS account, which I can't remove. Help me!

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I add subscribe in RSS-channel subscribe property window for http://forum.farmanager.com/rss.php?f=6&sid=7069ffd9fcce77b0b96299d245b6af68 .
2. AFAIR, I immediately remove there subscribe inside folder with same name.
3. Now RSS-channel subscribe property window shows only folder, which isn't deletable.
4. Main windows shows subscribe, which isn't deleted, if I try to delete (move to Trash folder) it.
5. After TB restart, in Trash folder appear "deleted" folder with same name, but original entry remains intact.
6. What I can do with this fictive entry - is to move it inside folders (or into account "root"), but not into Trash.

bug 369416 is WFM as of Thunderbird 2.0.0.16

bug 309449 has since been duped to Bug 254230 (Re-adding a feed doesn't list the feed's entries anymore)
