For embedders implementing nsIDOMCryptoDialogs::ConfirmKeyEscrow, there's no way to correctly parent a dialogue because ::ConfirmKeyEscrow has no nsIInterfaceRequestor argument that I could request it from. (This is not the same as bug 306288 which is about making the interface requestor actually useful; here it's simply missing completely.)
